well so far I've looked at the Rome pictures. thank you!
Your food pictures are as usual so good, I especially wanted to eat that pizza right now! I"ve never been to Tivoli--you must have enjoyed it a lot since you took so many pictures. I'm not nagging, but have you done a trip report yet? I'm probably going back to Rome this fall, and it has been so long that I have a lot to catch up on. I'd also love to hear what you loved, and what you didn't. |

I loved Villa d'Este too -- the whole "Can you top this?" feeling as you kind of follow the sounds of falling water...simply amazing. We've
been talking about going back to Italy again.

Yes ma'am --trip report coming soon.
Per usual mine will be neighborhood dependent. We were a bit "out of the way" at Hotel Napoleon on Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele so restaurants were focused in that area. |

Nice pictures MC. I could spend days in the British Museum.
I'd like to go back to Rome again too. Its been a long time since I went to Villa d'Este. I thought Hotel Napoleon was really far out, Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele is not that bad. Of course, I always count on your beautiful pictures of enticing dishes, yum. |
