Delia's old-fashioned rice pudding
and I'll have to go through it and do conversions for American
measurements if I can figure it out. For example, what is "Pudding rice"?
Do you have a favorite version that you recommend? And please say if it is the custardy and firmer, vs creamier and softer, variety. (My own standard for rice pudding is the creamy version that is found in good diners in New York City (but I like it better with raisins). I'll bet it comes from a jar.
