I don't see any photos of Kansas on TTG so here are a few I took on my weekend trip. We have family in/around Pretty Prairie, a sweet little farming town in south central KS that will always be near and dear to my heart. Yes, it's flat, but I think it's beautiful.

Soon to leave on a trip. Have new iPhone--having technical difficulties getting the 3G upgrade, but expect to have that resolved before I leave.
I'm a member at both kodakgallery.com and shutterfly.com, though not active on the latter.
In order to download and edit my photos,I know I have to get my photos from my camera to my computer, edit,then post on line for others to view. That will wait until I get home.
But if while I'm traveling I want to upload a few...

At the same link where my Victoria pictures are. I apologize in advance as these aren't really good quality pictures, but may give you a sense of what Bamajam was like. The videos at the end may be the best of all. I was experimenting with the video feature of my camera.

Holy moly.

Last year I had a landscaper "do" my front garden. He put in a huge variety of plants for me. I had given him some ideas and asked for butterfly friendly plants among other things. I probably told him to put in lavender but I don't remember.

He put in a few plants near my front door which did nothing last year (indeed, I think other baby plants were dormant last year because some other flowers are coming up that I don't recall from last...
