As I am somewhat impaired when it comes to cooking this year, I need ideas for a simple delicious dinner. I am a few steps away from Rue Mouffetard so I can get the supplies.

My sons are not great cooks but are willing to try. I have a nice small kitchen with all necessary equipment. I don't want to go out tomorrow except for some sightseeing. A restaurant is not as appealing with one hand, especially Christmas dinner.

We had roasted chicken and potatoes tonight, any good...

OK. I've been on withdrawal ever since Thanksgiving. I miss not doing the cooking and especially not having leftovers. So at Albertson's today trying to be inspired for something to cook tonight -- (I want a smell in the oven while we decorate our tree) -- I saw a nice 15 pound Purdue FRESH turkey. So tonight we're having Thanksgiving again -- just the two of us, with plenty of leftovers. Just made a porcini stuffing, and doing fresh green beans with onion and a touch of pancetta.
